Just 1-hour from city-center Ottawa, we think our waterfront getaway particularly appeals to those seeking a quiet, relaxing and private retreat with an enviable, easy access, clean, quiet lake that goes on for 5kms. The shoreline is only about 40% developed and is closed for further development. The opposite side of the lake is the uninhabited Papineau-Labelle Park. No cottages can be seen from inside the home or from the front balcony – no cottages are behind us either. While motor boats are permitted on the lake, it generally remains an unbelievably quiet lake.
Closing Date: Like the furnishings and most everything else in this dream home, the closing date can be very flexible – even a year or two away. After the sale, we the builder/owners, will be staying close-by and can be available to assist with the maintenance and/or to answer any questions.
